Starting on March 1, we are now assessing a $4.95 per month fee for customers who wish to have a paper statement mailed them. We are involved in a concerted effort to reduce paper usage and also implement processes that will ensure your data privacy; signing up to our Online Customer Portal allows us to do that in collaboration with you.
In order to avoid this fee you will need to sign up in our Online Customer Portal aka Online Bill Pay system to change from paper statements to paperless. Once you have signed up for paperless statements you will NOT be charged the recurring $4.95 fee.
Signing up through the online billing portal will NOT change how you are able to pay for your GWI service. You will still have the same payment options as before. You can make a payment in our Online Customer Portal (online bill pay system) via a credit card, debit card or an ACH transfer. If you prefer you may still mail a Check or Money Order to our office at 43 Landry Street, Biddeford, Maine 04005. We highly recommend using the auto-pay feature on the Online Bill Pay system so you do not have to repeat these steps.
