Business Resiliency

Networks are vital to society and GWI provides highly reliable, secure networks that meet society’s needs. Over the past few years, we have worked hard to make our company resilient and capable in the face of natural disasters and other unforeseen events. We have evolved so that all of our office job functions can be performed virtually. In the case of, for example, a snow emergency or epidemic, all office employees can work from home for extended periods.

For field employees whose jobs require them to visit customers, we have developed policies and procedures to keep our customers and our employees safe. Employees are monitored closely and frequently to ensure that they are not showing symptoms of illness. We are checking with all customers before entering premises to ensure there is no quarantine in place or illness in the premises. We are issuing protective gear and hygiene supplies to help prevent any transmission. Our policies are to insure frequent hand and surface sanitizing to avoid transmission.

Best,
