GWI Recognized as One of the Best Places to Work in Maine for Third Year in a Row

GWI, is a Maine based internet and phone service provider focused on deploying ultra reliable high-speed fiber optic broadband to northern New England residents. Official rankings are determined by the Best Companies Group, an international independent research firm specializing in identifying, recognizing, and ranking excellent workplaces. 75% of the ranking determination is dependent on voluntary confidential employee feedback collected earlier in the year. Employee feedback measures a company’s key areas such as: leadership, culture, role satisfaction, work environment, compensation and benefits, overall engagement, and others. The remaining 25% of the ranking is determined by the equitability of a company’s policies.
