What’s Not Covered

While FiberGuard offers robust coverage, there are a few exclusions to keep in mind:

  • ❌ Customer-Owned Equipment – This includes personal routers, computers, streaming devices, and third-party networking hardware.

  • ❌ Non-GWI Wiring – Any wiring installed by other providers or used for third-party services isn’t included.

  • ❌ Insurance-Related Damage – Damage resulting from fire, flood, or other insured external causes should be filed through your home insurance.

  • ❌ Intentional Damage – Equipment damaged through misuse or intentional destruction is not covered.

  • ❌ Repeated Repairs – Multiple service calls for the same issue within a 60-day window are excluded.

  • ❌ Customer-Owned Conduit – Since it’s yours, it’s not covered under this plan.
