Multi-Tenant Landlord Service Line Access Agreement

Terms & Conditions:

1.Biddeford Internet Corp., d/b/a Great Works Internet, a Maine corporation (“GWI”), its successors and assigns, shall have the right and be permitted to install, attach, maintain, operate, relocate, repair, replace, provide service over the Fiber Service Lines over, across and under the Owner’s premises from a pole located on the public way or private road and to the Apartment Building, and Owner having authority to do so, hereby grants, conveys and provides to GWI all rights, permits, easements and licenses, including of entry, and further including the right to enter the Apartment Building for customer service at reasonable times upon request to install or repair customer service. This right of entry includes but is not limited to GWI’s right to access closets and related power equipment within the Apartment Building at reasonable times.

2.This is not an agreement to provide GWI service. Any service to a tenant/occupant if requested and agreed by GWI to be provided will be in accordance with GWI customer service terms and conditions, including any applicable terms and conditions pertaining to tenant occupants of residential apartments.

3.This Agreement is to be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Maine and is effective upon execution by both of the undersigned parties.
