The Stream Team is an exciting new program that will help GWI customers transition to streaming, by providing concierge-level service related to streaming. The goal of the program is to ensure customers are using GWI’s fiber services to their full benefits – enhancing everyday life, not complicating it. The Program Coordinator will help build this new program, in collaboration with the VP of Residential Sales and Marketing. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in developing a Stream Team sales program in conjunction with VP of Residential Sales and Marketing; 
  2. Provides Stream Team services: answering calls related to Stream Team, setting up appointments for; Stream Team services, proactively reaches out to customers as Stream Team member;
  3. Provides quality assurance for all aspects of the Stream Team to ensure quality customer experience; 
  4. Implements data-driven approach to Stream Team and is able to build reporting structures; 
  5. Document and train additional Stream Team members, as the program grows; 
  6. Organize and host Streaming 101 events and other educational events throughout New England; and,
  7. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as this position grows with additional opportunities. 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  1. Experience with sales and/or customer service
  2. Demonstrated ability to co-build and manage a program
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage team members 
  4. Demonstrated ability to work in a client-facing role 
  5. Comfortable walking someone with little technical knowledge through technical issues 
  6. Knowledge of streaming services and smart home technologies 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  1. Primarily remote office, occasional travel to project sites in VT, ME, NH and MA
  2. Occasional travel/work at customer locations.
  3. Position may require excessive use of telephone, keyboard and monitor to perform regular functions of the job.
