1. What features are available with GWiLine Voice and how do I access them?
GWiLine Voice comes with basic Caller ID and Call Waiting features at no extra charge (these display phone number of incoming caller), plus Call Trace and Call Number Blocking. With our Calling Options package, you can add Voice Mail, Call Forwarding, Remote Access to Call Forwarding, Busy Call Forwarding, Delayed Call Forwarding, Three Way Calling, Caller ID with Name, Call Waiting with Name , and Simultaneous Ring.
Using these features is easy. For step-by-step directions, use the links in the previous paragraph or under "Related Links" above. 2. Can I call anywhere with GWiLine Voice?
With GWiLine, you have unlimited calling to anywhere in the U.S. (including its territories of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) and Canada. You can call anytime, anyday, and talk as much as you like for no extra charge.
GWiLine also provides competitive International rates if you would like to call outside the U.S. or Canada. The per minute rate for the country you call will be added to your monthly statement. You can use our online GWiLine Call Details feature to review your calling activity at any time.

3. Can I still call 911 and get directory assistance with GWiLine?
GWiLine gives you direct access to the 911 emergency call system free of charge, just dial "911". You also have access to directory assistance, operator assisted calling, and all the other traditional phone services you are used to. 4. Will I be able to use my phone if my computer or power goes out?
GWiLine Voice is a fully powered telephone line service that stays on even when the electricity goes out. It will continue to operate even in a blackout. This means you can still call anyone, including emergency service, in a power outage.
