You will receive an activation notification via email with a link to your personal Message Center, or you can login anytime by going to http://login.postini.com/exec/login. You will need to enter your email address and temporary password given in that email in the login screen as shown below.

The first time you log in, you will be prompted to choose another password.

Click the "Junk Email" link; if necessary, click the ON button to activate basic filtering. You can customize your settings by choosing the level of filter sensitivity by specific category.

Approved Senders: You can approve specific senders ("user@company.com") or domains ("company.com") by entering addresses manually. Any email from these senders will automatically be delivered to you.

Blocked Senders: You can block specific senders ("user@company.com") or domains ("company.com") by entering addresses manually. (NOTE: most professional spammers change their addresses often, making it difficult to block a specific junk email sender with this setting.)

Virus filtering is enabled by default in order to protect you and other GWI customers. If you wish to have Postini filter your incoming email for viruses, you do not need to make any changes. With this feature enabled, when a virus is detected it is quarantined in your Message Center and you will be sent an email notification. You can turn virus protection ON or OFF at any time.
