CHECK YOUR MESSAGE CENTER FOR QUARANTINED EMAIL

We suggest you monitor your Message Center often. The junk email filters "remember and learn" from your interaction, and become more accurate with time. Quarantined messages are kept in your Message Center for 14 days, then they are automatically deleted.

You will be notified by email when suspicious email has been quarantined. You can access your personal Message Center with the link contained in that email, or you can login anytime by going to http://login.postini.com/exec/login. You will need to enter your email address and password in the login screen as shown below.

Note: The screens below are samples only. Please hit the link above to get to the actual screens and enter your information there.

For any messages quarantined as junk email, you can read the sender and subject of the suspicious messages, and select messages to REMOVE or DELIVER.

To remove or deliver messages "in bulk", select any messages using the checkbox next to each message or use the one checkbox in the header to select/unselect them all at once.

Read the body of the message by clicking on the subject line. You can then remove or deliver after you determine if the email is junk or legitimate.

Remove: Removing the message will keep it from reaching your in box. The message is moved to the Trash where it will expire after 14 days from when it first arrived in your Message Center.

Deliver: Legitimate email should be delivered to your in box. After you deliver a message, you'll receive the following message asking whether to "approve" the sender(s) to your Approved Senders list - approving this will prevent future messages from that address from being quarantined in your Message Center. NOTE: Delivered messages are also moved to the Trash once they are forwarded to your inbox.

You will receive an email notification when email has been quarantined due to a virus. Once you enter your Message Center, you will see a list of virus-infected messages that you can either delete or choose to read by clicking on the subject line.

From your Message Center, you can safely read any virus-infected emails without endangering your system.
