CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET BUT CAN'T SURF?

Sometimes our members contact us saying that they are connected to the Internet but cannot view any web pages (or "surf"). The signs of a connect but no surf problem are as follows:

  1. You can connect to the Internet, but not bring up any web pages.
  2. You can connect to the Internet, but not bring up your email.

If this happens to you, it means that your computer has lost it's ability to send or receive data to and from the Internet.
