ARE YOU CONNECTED?

Sometimes people encounter problems while trying to search the Internet or download mail because they have inadvertently become disconnected. Below we show you how you can verify that you are connected at all times.

PC/Windows Users:

Once you have dialed in and connected to the Internet, you should see the double computer icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen as shown in the image below. If these computers are not there, then you are not connected.

Mac Users:

Once you have dialed in and connected to the Internet, you should see a blinking apple icon in the upper left hand corner of your menu bar. If you do not see this blinking apple, you may need to change your settings as indicated in the screen shots below. Once you have done this, if you do not see the blinking apple, then it means you are not connected.
