Welcome to GWI’s online support ticketing service.
Cases submitted between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday will be responded to within 2 hours. Requests submitted after 5 pm will be responded to by 10:00 am the next business day. Cases submitted over the weekend will be responded to on the following Monday (with holidays being the exception).
Please try to provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. Upon completion and submission of the form you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. Refer to this number should you contact our helpline directly. Please reply to the confirmation email with any updates or additional information so that it is logged as part of the case.
