NON-TRADITIONAL GWI BROADBAND OPTION:

GWI offers an exciting new alternative to traditional Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), that we’ve cordially named, GWI Solo DSLSM.

In “industry-speak”, this service is referred to as naked DSL – a service in which the customer is not provided with dial tone, but where all the advantages of high-speed Internet service are retained on the line.

Typically with traditional DSL, high speed data is separated from voice by use of a splitter within the telephone network, creating sperarate bands for carrying data and voice services. With naked DSL, the part of the line supporting voice is not connected, so no dial tone is available.

Enter - GWI Solo DSLSM

GWI’s Solo DSLSM is a competitively priced high-speed DSL alternative for Internet users who do not need a traditional telephone line service. For example, individuals that use cellular phone as their primary telephone service can now avoid the expense of telephone company access, and other associated costs.

Though GWI believes it’s new, powered, flat-rate GWiLine Voice/Broadband service offers the greatest peace-of-mind and cost savings for the typical family household, Solo DSL may be just right for the cell phone-only individual.
