This form is solely for the activations of FrontPage 2002 extensions with existing Virtual Web Servers (VWS). If the VWS you would like to activate FrontPage extentions for does not have a registered Domain Name and have it's Domain Name Service hosted with GWI, then you need to complete our DNS Request Form before proceeding, or if you have already submitted a request, please wait for your approval notice before going any further.

There is a one-time activation fee of $25.00 for this service.
