ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT

At GWI, we want to make it easy for you to access your account information and manage your account whenever it is convenient for you.  We have developed several online features that allow you to not only view the status of your account, but also make changes to your account.

You may also want to review both our Billing Policy and Service Cancellation Policy so you are familiar with our policies and procedures. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please email our Billing Office or call 866-494-2020.

For All GWI Customers

You can find out online the current status of your GWI bill, how much you owe or what your current monthly charges are. For this information, click on our Current Billing Status link. If you need a new password, try our Online Password Changer.

For Telephone Customers

You can view your telephone calling details at any time by going to our Call Details link. Listings of all long distance and International calls (local calls not listed), plus any other calling charges, are available here.

For Dial-up Customers

Our Online Timer allows our members on metered dial-up access accounts (for example, GWI Net-10 and GWI Net-40 accounts) to see at any time how many hours they have used month-to-date. Simply click on the Online Timer link, you will be asked for your username and password, and you are there!

If you'd like to change your account type or add a mailbox to your GWI Net-Unlimited account, visit our Modify Your Account section to request these changes online.

If you are moving, at a different location, or otherwise need a different local number to dial into for your dial-up access, you can use our Dial-up Number Lookup tool. All you need to know is the area code and the exchange that you will be dialing in from to obtain a local dial-up number.
