At GWI, we respect our customers' privacy. That’s why we work so hard to ensure that our customers' data is kept secure and their privacy protected. To demonstrate our dedication to the protection of your privacy, GWI adheres to the following principals:

1. Information GWI Gathers and Tracks
GWI only collects information required to bill and support its customers. This information is gathered at the time the customer signs up for service or otherwise contacts GWI to make changes to such information.

2. Use of the Information
GWI only uses the information it collects from customers to bill them for such services and to contact them from time to time. This contact includes the delivery of a periodic electronic newsletter.

3. Sharing of the Information
GWI does not provide customer information to any third-party for any reason. All information is stored on secure servers. Access to these servers is strictly limited to GWI staff.

4. Opt Out
Customers may request that GWI not contact them other than necessary for the proper provisioning of services or billing for such services.

5. Correct/Update Policy
Customers can correct their information by contacting any of GWI's departments. A list of contact information for GWI can be found here.

6. Delete/Deactivate Policy
Although customers can opt out of certain ancillary contact, GWI can not remove any information required for the billing and support of a customer.
